Starting your bookkeeping right from the beginning makes all the difference. We establish a solid financial foundation for your business by setting up your chart of accounts, organizing your financial systems, and configuring your bookkeeping structure to align with your goals — giving you the clarity and infrastructure needed to scale responsibly.

Consistent, reliable monthly bookkeeping is the backbone of a well-run business. We offer comprehensive bookkeeping services to keep your financial records organized and current/ up-to-date through accurate transaction categorization and bank reconciliation, ensuring your books always reflect your true financial position — so you can focus on running and growing your business.

If your books have fallen behind or become disorganized, we step in to reconcile, correct, and restore your financial records to a clear and accurate state. Whether it's months or years of backlog, we bring structure and clarity to your books so you can move forward with confidence.

Our team delivers clean, comprehensive financial reports that give you a complete picture of your business's financial health. From Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets, to Cash Flow Reports and Statements of Owner's Equity, every report is optimized to support informed, strategic decision-making — because when your numbers are clear, so is your organizational decision-making.

Coins & Clarity manages your outgoing payments with precision and care, ensuring your vendor bills, invoices, and obligations are tracked, organized, and paid on time. We help you maintain healthy supplier relationships and avoid late fees — keeping your cash flow structured and your business finances in good standing.

We help you stay on top of the money owed to your business by tracking outstanding invoices, monitoring payment due dates, and keeping your receivables current. Our goal is to help you maintain steady cash flow so you can focus on growing your business rather than chasing payments.

With a commissioned California Notary in-house, Coins & Clarity provides Notary Public services, both mobile and in-office, to support your business and personal transactions. From loan documents to estate planning documents, we make the notarization process convenient, professional, and reliable.
Monthly pricing is based on transaction volume, number of financial accounts, business complexity, and the overall scope of services required. Historical cleanup, catch-up bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation or filing, and services outside the selected package scope are not included unless specifically stated in the Master Service Agreement/Statement of Work and must be quoted separately.
"Transaction" is defined as/includes any individual banking activity requiring categorization, reconciliation, or review, including deposits, withdrawals, purchases, transfers, fees, refunds, and other financial activity.
"Account" is defined as/includes any individual account to include checking, savings, credit card, merchant/payment processing (PayPal, Stripe, Square, CashApp, etc.).
Service levels and pricing are reviewed periodically. If transaction volume, account activity, or service requirements materially exceed the scope of the selected package, Coins & Clarity may recommend a revised service package or adjusted monthly fee.

A properly structured Chart of Accounts improves financial reporting, streamlines bookkeeping, and provides clearer insight into your company's performance.
