With a commissioned California Notary in-house, Coins & Clarity provides Notary Public services, both mobile and in-office, to support your business and personal transactions. From loan documents to estate planning documents, we make the notarization process convenient, professional, and reliable.
Our Notary services range from $15–$500. Pricing is based on a number of factors, such as the selected service, the number of signers and signatures, regular vs. after-hours availability, in-office or mobile notary, and specialized packages for loan signings and estate planning documents.

For documents requiring international use, we offer two apostille options.
Our Full Apostille Facilitation service ranges from $175–$1,500 for managing the entire process on your behalf — from document review and notarization, through California Secretary of State submission and return. Pricing is based on a number of factors such as the number of notarizations needed, the number of documents to be apostilled, and the speed of service.
Prefer to handle the prep yourself? Our Apostille Courier service ranges from $75-$900 and is available for clients who have their documents ready and simply need reliable drop-off and pickup to the Secretary of State.
